Sometimes it’s the little things that make the biggest difference.

 

One of our team members ended up connecting with the founder of a successful e-commerce business at a local coffee shop.

 

We found out that he had a bookkeeper who was pretty good, but was also his best friend from high school. For this reason, his bookkeeper never charged him, but this meant that he often didn’t get his financials on time.

 

In the land of taxes, timing is VERY important. The IRS doesn’t like to wait.

 

So we decided to set him up as a client! We delivered monthly financials to him on time and met with him frequently to discuss business strategy and development.

 

It was a simple solution, but his feedback has been fantastic and reminds us how important little things like punctuality, professionalism and support really are.
